Refund and Return policy

Overview

Since our products are digital downloads, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the purchase is completed and the product is delivered. Please review the product description, features, and demo (if available) carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds (Exceptions)

Refunds may only be granted in the following situations:

  • If you accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same product.
  • If the file you received is corrupted or not accessible, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • If you purchased but did not receive the product due to a technical error on our side.

For all refund requests, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase with valid proof (payment receipt, transaction ID, and details of the issue).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloadable software products, templates, or digital files once accessed or downloaded.
  • Sale items, discount offers, or promotional products.

Exchanges

  • As digital products cannot be physically exchanged, we only provide a replacement if the file is corrupted, incomplete, or incorrect. Please contact our support team in such cases.
