At Storexpro.com, we deal only in digital products (such as templates, courses, files, etc.). Since these are non-physical items, no physical shipping is required. Instead, our products are delivered electronically.

1. Delivery Method

Once your payment is successfully processed, the digital product will be delivered instantly via email to the email address provided during checkout.

You may also receive a direct download link on the order confirmation page after successful payment.


2. Delivery Time

Instant Delivery: In most cases, delivery happens immediately after payment confirmation.

In rare cases, due to technical issues (such as email server delays), delivery may take up to 1–2 hours.


3. Failed or Missing Delivery

If you do not receive your product within 2 hours of payment, please check your Spam/Junk folder first.

If still not received, kindly contact us at support@storexpro.com with your order details, and we will assist you promptly.
